Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of fabrication processes, procedures for fitting and welding of product equipment and associated parts
- Painting, with final equipment assembly and testing
- Training in trades, safety, and associated policies
- Ensure quality standards are upheld
- Provide guidance and support to workshop employees
- Inspection and quality assurance on products
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of shop equipment
- Maintain interdepartmental administration requirements and liaison
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience in related supervision or fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCad
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Possession of the CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate
- Experience in a manufacturing/mining environment also an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels

Salary: $78,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
