Facility Maintenance

Rotor Maxx Support is a full service Transport Canada AMO with ratings in Aircraft, Structures, Components, Engines and NDT.

We are currently seeking a full-time, Facility Maintenance Person to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and track building maintenance and repairs
• Perform routine maintenance duties including but not limited to cleaning, changing filters, light bulbs and ballasts, painting and carpentry work as needed
• Perform snow removal and grounds work as needed
• Monitor and order maintenance supplies
• Operate equipment, machines and company vehicles as necessary

Experience & skills:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Understand basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
• Be physically fit, ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to take initiative, take direction and learn quickly
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
