Facility Operations Team Member

Duties and skills include:

- Skid steer experience is a definite requirement

- Maintenance of all outdoor areas including garden/lawn in summer and winter snow removal

- Inspecting all equipment on schedule and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Working with Facility Maintenance Technician to coordinate maintenance and repairs.

- Ordering and managing inventory of bulk products such as topsoil, mulch, rock and more

- Co-ordinate and perform set up for special events

- Responsible to open and close facility as needed

- Must possess a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
