Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding family law matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including divorce, child custody, and adoption cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Attend mediation sessions and settlement conferences
- Advocate for clients' rights and best interests in court
- Keep updated on changes in family law regulations and precedents

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state
- Strong knowledge of family law principles and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with legal drafting and document preparation

Salary: $104,088.00-$115,623.00 per year
