Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee program activities and events, including Indigenous Cultural Activities and Best Practices
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure program success
- Monitor program budgets and expenses
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities
- Communication , including participants, families, and community partners
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a program setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Google Doc
- Knowledge of program evaluation techniques
