We are seeking a permanent, full-time Family Service Specialist to add to our dynamic team. This individual would work directly with our team of funeral directors and client families to assist in all preparations for cremation and/or burial services.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and email inquiries
- Greeting all client families and guests that enter our facility
- Administration work data entry, scheduling appointments, receive payments
- Printing of memorial stationery products (memorial cards, guest books, etc.)
- Ordering of designated inventory items
- Providing support to team of funeral directors
The ideal candidate would excel in the following areas:
- Strong time management skills
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail
- Works well within short timelines to meet company and client family deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe
- Displays professionalism, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
Hours of Work:
- Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one hour lunch break
- Occasional weekend
