Farm Hand/Labourer

```Overview:

Seeking a positive; team oriented, energetic, self-motivated Farm Hand for full time May to August with longer hours and occasional weekends. As a Farm Hand, you will assist in various tasks related to farm operations and maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual labor and the ability to operate/learn to operate heavy equipment. Duties:

- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences and buildings

- Use hand tools and power tools for various farm-related tasks

- Assist with livestock care, including feeding and cleaning

- Perform heavy lifting as required

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing materials

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors or combines is a plus

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and long hours of standing or walking

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
