General Duties Include:
Perform daily, seasonal and operational tasks
Manage, track, and perform maintenance and repairs for all equipment and buildings using my John Deere
Perform yard maintenance, equipment cleaning, and grain bin cleaning
Oilfield lease snow removal
All other duties as assigned by management
Grain Operation
Operate equipment including seeder, combine, trucks, auger, swather, fertilizer spreader, excavation equipment
Equipment, Building and Yard Maintenance
Ensure all equipment is maintained and repaired according to standard operating procedures as established by and according to manuals
Ensure all building are maintained and repaired according to standards
Fulfill end-of-day yard clean up and seasonal yard maintenance
Spraying Operations
Support spraying operation by driving water truck, loading products, and providing logistical support
Skills and Attributes
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verb
