Fashion Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a Fashion Consultant to join our team. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their fashion needs. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, computer/ social media savvy and enjoy working in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their personal style

- Provide fashion advice and recommendations based on customer preferences

- Help customers with sizing, fitting, and alterations

- Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product inventory

- Create visually appealing displays to showcase merchandise

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Computer skills are necessary

- Social media savvy

- Marketing / graphic art training would be valuable

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide fashion advice

- Cash handling experience to process sales transactions accurately

- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and change

- Retail sales experience preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Bilingual skills (English and [second language]) is a plus

- Proficiency in English language

- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and create visually appealing displays

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
