Clamour Clothing aims to be the best option for sustainable garments for plus sized folks while evoking a vintage fashion aesthetic.
We empower plus sized people to wear clothes they feel good about wearing, while making ethical and sustainable choices.
Our Values are Inclusion, and Sustainability, and Timeless
- Inclusion:
More voices, more choices - we believe everyone should be able to feel comfortable in dressing and expressing themselves in the world.
We believe that everyone should be able to participate in fashion in a way that honours their priorities and values, functional fit that reflects their aesthetic goals (not just the ones the market assumes)
We believe that plus size clothing should be functional, fashionable and freely available for those typically left behind by the mainstream fashion industry
- Sustainability:
We believe protecting the environment and sustainability is an important part of life now and for the future.
We believe in honouring the earth and our bodies as our forever homes and making choices that look towards a brighter future.
- Timeless:
We believe in pairing vintage aesthetic with progressive values
We celebrate the best of yesterday’s clothing without having to embrace the social values they existed in
We celebrate the joy of vintage looks and progressive worldviews
We bring vintage fashion forward while leaving regressive perspectives where they belong - in the past!
Looking back in fashion, looking forward with social values - inclusion, intentionality and innovation
