We are in search of a dynamic individual to embody the essence of ROCKE Event Centre engaging video content.

• Acting & media experience is a plus
• Additional credit for experience as media personality

Compensation:

 Base rate without experience: $30/hr

 Base rate with relevant on-screen experience ranging between $30-

$80/hr

 Social media personalities with 10,000+ local followers could earn a fee up to $1000-$5000

We are a commercial real estate investment syndicate managing over 100,000+ square feet of

commercial real estate leased to Local, National, and International tenants.

As a brand ambassador on camera, your primary focus will include promoting:

 ROCKE Event Centre@ROCKE Developments

 The ROCKE Developments event center

 The amenities available to tenants/public at our park

 ROCKE Cafe

Additionally, the role will involve promoting the sister company B.Rocke Landscaping in related

but separate video content.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should exude positivity, friendliness, and charisma, possessing a natural

knack for building rapport with others.

They must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express themselves

clearly.

Experience in sales, marketing, or related customer service fields is an advantage.

Candidates must feel comfortable presenting themselves as the company's brand ambassador

across various social media platforms.

They should exhibit genuine curiosity about the companies and individuals involved in content

creation and be at ease meeting and conversing with people.

Proficiency and application of Dale Carnegie principles are highly valued.

Responsibilities will include assisting in staging sites, interviewing team members, clients,

tenants, and trades within the park.

Successful candidates will closely collaborate with the company president to gain a

comprehensive understanding of the businesses at the business park.
