Essential Functions:

• Expertly set fence posts and skillfully install fencing mesh according to job descriptions and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored on the truck upon completion.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Take pride in cleaning the vehicle used and returning materials to their designated areas.
• Prioritize safety at all times, actively participating in tailgate and safety meetings.

Skills and Abilities:

As a fencing installer, you will work with detailed instructions while occasionally making independent decisions. You should have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Additionally, you should be able to apply common sense to carry out detailed written and oral instructions effectively.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Please note that this job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, long periods of driving, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and effective communication. The nature of the work is physical, often involving holding, pulling, and pushing objects weighing up to 100 lbs. As a fence installer, you may be exposed to working with and around moving equipment.

Experience and Qualifications:

While construction experience is preferred, it is not necessary. We believe in providing opportunities for growth and development. If you have at least two years of construction experience, it will be advantageous to your application. However, we welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets.
