Description: Over the past few years, the Rinox group has entered the fiberglass pools market through the launching of the new Aquarino fiberglass pools line which are manufactured in a brand new manufacturing facility in Daveluyville, Quebec. The group further extended its’ presence in this market through the 2021 acquisition of Dolphin Fiberglass pools based in Trenton, Ontario. The group has succeeded in achieving phenomenal growth and we are now looking for a Business Development Representative in the Greater Toronto area, to drive sales, and revenue and continue to aggressively grow sales in both Aquarino and Dolphin. The Business Development Representative's primary responsibilities are to generate leads via outbound prospecting, as well as handle and address inbound leads from their territory. This person will prospect leads via phone/email from industry lists and specific targeted vertical markets as defined by the sales and marketing strategies. This is an Outside sales position with very competitive Base and Variable compensation.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and incoming inquiries generated through web advertising and marketing campaigns.
Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate the Aquarino-Dolphin product lines and value proposition
Maintain account pipeline with weekly reports to sales management
Provide high-touch account management with a current client base
Determine potential upsell and other revenue opportunities within an account
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience; B2B sales experience preferred
Background in the pool industry considered an asset but not essential
High-energy individual with excellent communication skills
Solid computer skills, proficient with standard software products, Internet, and web applications
Zoho CRM experience is a plus
