What you’ll do
- Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment
- Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.
- Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)
- Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments
- Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification
Who you are
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Major in Biology, Bio-chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or related. 専修学校、工業高等専門学校、大学、大学院 ・専攻：理科（生物学、機械工学、化学等）
- Technical analytical skills
- Fresh graduate 5 years work experience．
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities
- Sought by others for guidance and advice
- English conversational level. 英語力（読み・書き）
- Desired Characteristics : Ability to learn fast and work independently with minimum direction, High work standards and quality , Self-motivated to solve problem 問題解決能力, Plans and organizes work effectively, Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills, Strong Customer skills カスタマーサービス; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs
