TOMCO Production Services Ltd. provides the following specialty services to our clients.-Post Weld Heat Treatment-Pre Heating-Bake outs-Cold Cutting and Beveling-Hydraulic Torquing, Tensioning and Nut Splitting-Hydro Testing-Coring-Hot and Cold Taps-Flange Facing and Portable Milling.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The ability to work independently on-site
Good communication skills
Customer focused
Strong Safety awareness and discipline
Set up and monitor electric Pre Heating and PWHT
Ability to assist in the setup and monitoring of gas PWHT
PWHT technicians need good eyesight, and the ability to concentrate over long periods
good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves controlling heating/cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with figures (time v temperature rates)efficiently

Have a proactive attitude and can be self-reliant, also cope with changing priorities
Education and working experience:
Experience in similar role within the Heat Treatment industry
Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills
