Job DescriptionProvide administrative and technical support to District Manager and Unit Managers
Complete daily, weekly and monthly district operations reports
Liaise with various departments and levels of management
Investigatge and answer customer complaints and inquiries
Participate in the compilation of statistics required for the annual district business plan
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Accounts Payable
Purchasing & office equipment maintenance
Supplies control - ordering, distribution and cost control
Social Committee Champion
Coordination of required building maintenance
Coordinate/adminstration functions and presentations
Develop and prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative bulletins
Other duties as assigned
Required SkillsStrong computer skills with demonstrated experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook)
Knowledge and application of BI & Qlikview programs
60 w.p.m. minimum
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous related experience and excellent telephone manner
Strong decision making and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and follow up
Previous administrative and technical background
Excellent organizational skills - ability to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines

Contract period: 1 month

Pay rate: $20/hour max

Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs (Iron mountain/Banker Boxes)
- Be able to commute to the office from Monday to Friday.
- Previous experienced with filing industrial real estate legal documents mandatory
- Communicate, read and write in English
- Knowledge of BigCenter is a plus
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, and stoop.
