Finance and Operations Specialist
Techify is hiring for a Finance and Operations Specialist to help our company achieve our next stage of growth. The role is responsible for full-cycle accounting using advanced AI technology and data analytics. The ideal candidate also has an interest in business operations and an ambition to grow into a Controller role.
This role has a huge impact on the day-to-day functioning of Techify. When performed well, finance operations are consistent and accurate, providing company leadership with the information they need to effectively make decisions and run a fast growth business. You will be helping us take technology from annoying to awesome for our clients.

We want to hire you if:
· You have a Bachelor's Degree (four-year accredited program Preferred), Field of Study: Business or Accounting
· You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting at a privately-owned business
· You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with multiple teams to support a growing business.
· You are passionate about technology and you have advanced computer skills in Quickbooks and Microsoft 365 applications.
· You see how AI can eliminate a lot of manual bookkeeping tasks to free up finance people to do high value work.
· You are capable of Identifying problems in a timely manner; gathering and analyzing information skillfully; developing alternative solutions; resolving problems in early stages, and working well in groups solving situations.
· You are professional, treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically while upholding organizational values.
· You don’t get annoyed by attention to detail, you know it’s what leads to success.
Things You Might Have Done Last Week if You Had Worked Here:
· Used AI to complete full-cycle accounting tasks quickly and accurately.
· Accessed PowerBI financial reports to provide insights to the leadership team on financial performance.
· Responded to inquiries from customers about invoicing.
· Helped secure government grant funding for new development and training initiatives.
· Performed bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
· Review revenue and expenses against budgets to ensure strong financial oversight.
· Work with suppliers and key business partners to support the operations of the company
