Job Description
- Develop and execute financial strategies in line with the company's objectives
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the executive team to aid decision-making.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of the construction sector to inform financial decisions and ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations
- Supervise Work in Progress (WIP) accounting and reporting.
- Supervise all financial accounting activities, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and control cash flow to guarantee sufficient funds for ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
- Implement effective cash flow forecasting and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax strategy
- Establish and uphold robust financial controls to protect company assets and ensure financial precision.
- Implement best practices for managing financial risk.
