Finance Systems & Process Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Accounting Operations, you will be the point of contact for business knowledge of how systems, processes, and transactions work together between departments when they interact with Finance.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Train and support finance team members in the use of financial systems, procedures, and workflows
• Assist with migrations and integrations onto EPIC and identifying process and workflows
• Assist and maintain workflow development and updates for all Finance divisions
• Conduct system upgrades, ensuring recommendations are made regarding process and workflow requirements
• Administering within the ClearPay payment system, ensuring accurate user setup and carrier payment information
• Review, maintain, and create reports specifically in the EPIC system

The value you bring

• Post-secondary degree in business/accounting program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years experience in similar role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week,
