In this role, you will focus on cultivating strong and reliable relationships with our members. Through meaningful conversations and continuous support, you will offer personalized insights and solutions, empowering our members to make well-informed decisions choices about their finances.
Your Time:
Working closely with our members on a daily basis to help them establish goals and make informed decisions that improve their financial well-being.
Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, proactively uncovering and addressing member needs through meaningful conversations.
Offering solutions and alternatives, such as accounts and advances consumer investments and lending products and services (including consumer loans, mortgages, terms, registered products, mutual funds), to fulfil the evolving needs of our members.
Growing and refining your skills and knowledge to consistently perform with confidence.
Your Experience:
Experience working in a customer care/customer service role
Experience in portfolio management
Completion of, or working towards the Financial Planner designation would be an asset
License and experience in selling Mutual Funds would be an asset
Experience in the Application and Underwriting of Loans would be an asset
