Reporting to the CFO and supported by a tightly-knit finance team, the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, financial analysis, grant writing, and tax compliance, while also advising senior management on strategic financial decisions to support company growth. The Financial Controller will be a key driver in scaling up our finance function to meet the needs of our growing company.
