Salary- Assist external advisor with the preparation of US GAAP financial statements
- Support the US GAAP FS audits and prepare/maintain various audit schedules as needed
- Prepare IFRS to US GAAP reconciliations
- Maintain US GAAP general ledger, including recording journal entries, maintaining account reconciliations, working papers, and supporting schedules.
- Manage and account for US share-based compensation for partners and employees.
- Create robust process documentations for knowledge retention
- CPA (CA preferred)
- US GAAP & IFRS reporting experience
- 5+ years of Financial Reporting experience, preferably from asset management industry
- Full cycle accounting: month end close, J/E, review accruals, etc.
- Self-starter, flexible with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
- Articulate individual who can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Workday ERP is an asset
- Experience with Carta is an asset
$55/hour
