FINANCIAL SERVICES ADVISOR

(Full-time, 12-month term)

More about the position

As a Financial Services Advisor, you forge and maintain lasting relationships with current and potential Caisse members. You actively promote customer loyalty, acquire and maintain a dedicated customer base. You provide advice to members regarding their financial matters and offer investment and credit related products according to the members’ needs while actively promoting the sale of related services.

What you bring:

• Previous experience as a Credit Officer or Financial Services Advisor would be an asset
• Relevant financial service experience at a caisse, credit union or bank
• Experience in managing a lending portfolio and mortgage accreditation would be an asset
• Excellent skills in sales and cross-selling techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrates interest and a positive attitude towards his or her own training and career evolution
• Ability to put into practice principles of financial planning and offer advice to members by presenting them with financial solutions which will allow them to meet their objectives
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in French is required, both written and verbal (intermediary is fine)
