Responsibilities include:
•Establish rapport with customers to collect information on customers finances and after sale needs.
•Work closely with sales and management teams
•Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
•Process cash, financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through financial sources sanctioned by management
•Track and report business office performance metrics
•Exceed customer’s expectations with regard to customer service and follow up
•Train and support sales employees with the accuracy of their paperwork requirements
•Foster a professional work environment for the sales employees by attending and contributing to the departmental meetings
•Promote effective communication among dealership personnel
•Effectively resolve outstanding customer complaints
•Promote honesty and integrity within the dealership culture
•Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•A successful Business Manager with at least 3 years of experience with a consistent and proven track record or equivilant experince in finance is preferred
•Knowledge of and willing to learn applicable federal and provincial laws pertaining to the auto industry considered an asset
•Ability to work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing
•Thorough knowledge of bank and insurance terminology and processes
•Experince working with financial lenders
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong negotiation and presentation skills
•Managerial skills with organizing, prioritizing, planning and analysis
•Quality customer service skills
•Ability to work with others to achieve overall goals
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
•High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternating Thursday evenings & Saturdays.
