The RITE Program provides employment services to support participants gain the confidence, skills, training and experience needed to find sustainable and Meaningful Employment or training.
This unpaid program offers a FREE 2-3 week workshop series covering life skills leading to paid employment opportunities, along with:
- Individual Employment Coaching (resume building, cover letters, interview skills, etc.)
- Transportation Supports are available to and from workshops and appointments
- Funding available for skills training or upgrading
- Paid work experience opportunities
- Support accessing community/government services
- Career decision making/vocational assessments
- Supportive job search
- Up to 8 sessions of personal counselling
- Job start support such as work wear, tools and/or uniforms.
