About Our Client
Our client, a reputable construction firm based in the GTA, is seeking an experienced Finishing Superintendent to join their team. As a Finishing Superintendent, you will oversee the final stages of construction for stacked townhome projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely completion.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, including scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor supervision.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
