Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer/ Strength Coach to join our team and work with our clientele, primarily aged 45 and above. While personal training certification, a degree in kinesiology, and experience in strength coaching are valued assets, they are not mandatory for this position. However, a deep understanding of human movement and anatomy is essential. Salary

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients aged 45 and above.
  • Conduct one-on-one, tandem and small group personal training sessions if required.
  • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs.
  • Educate clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support their fitness goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of human movement and anatomy.
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, especially those in the 45+ age group.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential.
  • Junior coaches are welcome to apply; however, prior experience in personal training or related fields is a plus.
  • Personal training certification and a degree in kinesiology are preferred but not required.
