Fitness Trainer. Seasonal. Stroller Fit

```Duties```

- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness

- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey

- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workouts

- Provide motivation on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits

```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients

- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire clients towards their fitness goals

- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele is an asset

- Ability to educate clients on exercise techniques, and motivate on nutrition, and overall wellness

- Exceptional time management skills to efficiently manage client sessions

Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

• personal training: 1 year (preferred)
