Bravo Target Safety is currently looking for an experienced, career-minded Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to start or advance your career with Bravo Target Safety.
Position Description
What you do:
- Reading, understanding, and using the HSP and Transportation Manuals
- Ensuring all safe work practices, procedures, and deliverables are reviewed and followed
- Maintaining a fluent understanding and compliance of requirements under authorities of jurisdiction (DOT, TDG, Transport Canada)
- Ensuring that all stations and projects work in unison to achieve collective goals set out by Management in relation to Transportation and Fleet Maintenance
- Providing mentorship, support, and training to Shop staff while continually striving to improve employee engagement
- Ensuring insurance, registrations, certificates, permits, and exemptions are current and available in all units
- Monitoring corrective actions resulting from inspections, investigations and deficiencies, report to Manager for trends, disciplinary actions and non-conformance of company policies, procedures, and rules
- Liaising with Vendors, Personnel, Coordinators and Management to ensure requirements are met
- Occasional travel around Alberta to our various offices will be required
- Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:
- Demonstrating leadership in all aspects of the job
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work independently but with good judgment to seek support and guidance when appropriate
- Solid organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate, build relationships, and work well with a wide variety of people including management, office and field staff, diverse cultures, and various work experience levels
- 2 years of Fleet Coordination experience
- Previous experience in oilfield services, drilling, field operations or plant construction industries is an asset
- Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
