Fleet Shop Manager

Responsibilities:
-Reporting to Director of Fleet Services
-Promote all Safety policies and procedures leading by example, coach and mentor all staff for safe productivity each day. Weekly Tailgates, identifying all hazards
-Managing daily operations of the Fleet service location and success for company profitability
-Providing leadership to parts staff to help manage parts inventory
-Effectively developing, coaching and mentoring the development of all team members
-controlling labor costs
-Supervising all Fleet service staff and support staff
-Support Operations to help company achieve goals set forward
-Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
-Manage PM Schedules for equipment
-Effectively manage all vendors
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of Fleet Location

Requirements:
-5 years experience in a leadership role required
-Knowledge in service, maintenance and all repairs on truck and trailers
-Proficient Computer skills for Fleet management
-Ability to motivate, coach and lead the team through change and growth
-Provide leadership for problem resolution
-Class 1 license an asset
