On behalf of our client, Jump Recruitment Specialists is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Floor Covering Sales Associate on the Avalon Peninsula.
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, with an outstanding reputation for quality, and a dedication to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations on the products
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience
- Measure and assess areas for floor installation, and provide accurate quotes and estimates
- Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate and schedule flooring installations
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in flooring sales or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of various Floor Covering options (e.g., carpets, hardwood, vinyl, tile) and their uses
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for transaction processing and record keeping
