Job Title:

3D Tour Operator (Part Time/Casual)

Main Purpose of the Job:

To create 3D Tours on site for all Real Estate and Corporate projects related to OneLook Productions.

Reports to:

Manager of Operations

Direct Reports:

3D Tour Operators

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create 3D Tours of physical spaces using Matterport technology

- Engage with clientele on site in a professional and friendly manner

- Process and upload 3D Tours utilizing Matterport back-end processing system

- Order 2D Floor Plans from 3rdparty provider

- Upload completed Floor Plans to Dropbox, updating accurate square footage in the project order

- Utilize OneLook Project Management software to guide projects through the various project stages

- Deliver projects within the time frames allotted, maintaining a 98% on-time/early delivery standard

- Develop systems and processes to enhance efficiencies of the department and company overall

- File management (Archiving tours on Matterport Portal, keeping iPads cleared on Matterport Scanning App, etc.

- Through continual self-improvement, become an integral part of the OneLook team

- Be involved in creative ideas for marketing OneLook services

- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school education

- Experience working with clients directly

- Experience in a team environment

- Attention to detail

- Strong communicator, positive and outgoing with clients

- Understanding of real estate, architecture and design considered an asset

Working Conditions:

This job requires a flexible schedule with last minute changes. This job requires driving to multiple work sites throughout the day working with a variety of colleagues and clients as well as interacting with their clients. Part of this position requires after hours ordering of floorplans (by 10PM). This position is primarily in the field but may involve some work at the office. The office is located at 365 North Front St Suite 207 Belleville, ON K8P 5A5.

Physical Requirements

May be required to lift approximately 10-20lbs for extended periods of time while shooting, if applicable.

Primarily standing or walking throughout the day on a variety of work sites (homes or businesses)

· Vision and Hearing Requirements

May be expected to spend long hours in front of a computer screen and using audio files with or without headphones for long periods of time.

Psychological Demands

Troubleshooting and problem solving are expected day-to-day activities.
