SalaryWe are seeking an experienced front-end person who is able to work unsupervised. We are a fast-paced, busy, high end retail floral shop built on customer service and strong work ethics. We are looking for an experienced admin who can handle the front end as well as work with flowers.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Can provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Taking orders over the phone, by email or in person.
- Maintain a database of our orders andmake sure they are sent out in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinating deliveries.
- Receive and process flowers and hard goods.
- Helping our customers with floral choices and combinations.
- Help set up an attractive front display at the store.
- Must maintain a clean store and help with daily cleaning duties at the end of the day.
- Wrapping and packing floral arrangements, sending out deliveries
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Proficient in English
- Fast Typer minimum 50 WPM
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
- Handle multiple phone lines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
