Flyer Delivery

Postmedia is looking for independent contract delivery drivers for the Florenceville and Surrounding communities to perform delivery services for our once per week Flyer packet distribution. Independent contractors must have a valid driver’s license and Vehicle.

The independent contractor will have a solid customer service track record in the delivery/distribution field and will provide an infrastructure that supports the delivery of Postmedia parcels and other associated products. Previous delivery driver experience is preferred.

Deliveries are once per week, picking up the product on Tuesday, with a delivery deadline of Thursday at 11:59 pm for that week's deliveries..

Core responsibilities for the independent contractor delivery driver include

• Carefully loading the Flyer bundles into your personal vehicle for delivery
• Delivering the Flyer packets to the customer’s doorstep or mailbox if one is present

The independent contract delivery driver must:

• Be 14 years of age or older for walking routes, larger routes require drivers license
• Have a valid G class driver's license or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Have a valid auto insurance with minimum coverage limits of $1,000,000 CAD
• Vehicle in good working order

Paid by the piece delivered
