Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of front of house supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front of house facilities
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
