Food And Beverage Attendant/Social Media (Part-Time)

Milksmith is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about ice cream, learning all things sweet, as well as providing exceptional customer experience. This is part-time Milksmith Team Member and part-time in-house social media.

Job duties may include:

• Preparing and serving: quality specialty beverages; ice cream; and food products for all guests
• Delivering prompt, accurate and exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Communicating and building rapport with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Helping with photoshoots for new product launches
• Creating in-house videos for social media
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to the highest health, safety and sanitation standards
• Attending staff meetings as required
• Other duties as required

Job Qualifications:

• Availability to work the required shift(s) evenings (late night) and weekends
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with Instagram/Tik Tok
• Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
• Reliable
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
