Food Factory Worker

Job Title: Factory Worker

Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Adhere to quality control standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food processing and manufacturing operations is a plus
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles is beneficial
- Forklift certification is a plus

Skills:
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and package products efficiently
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
