Food Operations Supervisor
Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing, NL
Please note that while this position is assigned to provide relief for Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, you may be recalled to other locations that fall within your recall area due to operational requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of a recognized program in Food Service Supervision or graduation from an approved university with a Bachelor of Science with major course work in Food and/or Nutrition is required. Previous management experience working in a unionized environment as well as knowledge of computers would be an asset. This challenging opportunity also requires excellent communication, organization and planning skills. The successful applicant must be prepared to pursue further education and/or to travel if necessary. If no qualified applicants apply the employer will consider applicants with suitable education and experience; interviews will be conducted.
Hours of Work: 0600-1800, 0600-1645 Hours; Monday to Sunday
Variable Shifts; Shift work will be required.
Salary Scale: $26.54 to $29.48 per Hour
