```Duties```
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Provide safety training and education to employees on topics such as hazard identification, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards
- Strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
