Job description:
Salary - 18.50 to 20.25 hourly (Full Time)
Language: - English
Education: - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Equivalent Exp.
Experience: - 1 year to less than 2 years
Work setting: - Urban area
Tasks:-
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure Food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Supervision: - 3-4 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities:-
Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Standing for extended periods
Physically demanding
