Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Food Service area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in Food Service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
- Basic interviewing and team management skills
