Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the food establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Manage and lead a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new team members
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus and specials
- Handle any customer complaints or feedback in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and customers
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations
