We are a well established west Shore Construction Company specializing in mid to higher end award winning residential custom homes and are seeking labour and framers for a permanent, full time position,in the following area ,framing lead hands and laboring carpenter helpers. All positions require tool belt on at times . Leads will be leading a small crew by example and have a minimum of 4 years' experience. A min.1 years experience required for apprentice or carpenter helpers in the following area , form work, framing ,. lead hand roll applicants should be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications. Will be responsible for working independently ,taking care of trailer and inventory of all tools ,as well as having the ability to run a small crew are needed along with enthusiasm and the desire for continuous learning. Good interpersonal skills and being able to work as part of a team are essential. The applicant must also have own transportation, a valid driver's license and possess hand tools, some power hand tools and personal safety equipment. .benefits after probation period ..
