Join our team as a Freelance Skincare Sales Representative to help customers enhance their skincare routines with our wide range of products.

Primary Objective of Freelance Skincare Sales Representative:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving daily sales goals through side-by-side selling with in-store teams, increasing brand education and awareness, ensuring in-store visuals/merchandising standards are met, and supporting quarterly events.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Demonstrate and sell skincare products

- Achieve daily sales goals

- Ensure merchandising standards are followed and products are adequately stocked

- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience in the Beauty Industry

- Experience working in a retail sales environment

- Knowledgeable of skincare ingredients and building routines for customers

- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals

- Availability to work weekends

This is a Contract Freelance position.

Salary: From $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

• Friday – Sunday
• Occasional Weekdays

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Barrie (required)
• Newmarket (required)
