- Audit communications of shift resources during team meetings, and 1:1’s to ensure constant direction.
- Influencing – Brokering interchange between shift and broader needs of the department (horizontal across time of day, vertical across department) all in support of the department.
- Become a key contributor in departmental project execution.
- Leadership capabilities and leading for results through others
- High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player
- Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, outlook, excel)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Flexible to work off shifts and weekends
