We are a busy private medical clinic with a vibrant team that needs one more person to grow our team. We are expanding and have a new position 20-25 hours per week. We are seeking an energetic, experienced and multi-tasking part time office assistant able to work cohesively in a team environment. Clinic hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so full availability needed and any extra hours are flexible.

This position would entail the following, but is not limited to:

  • Front Desk Administration
  • Interacting with patients
  • Assisting the Doctor
  • Filing
  • Patient recalls
  • Computer and paper work
  • Incoming and outgoing faxing
  • Billing
  • Constant multi-tasking to keep office at a steady flow

Our ideal candidate would be as follows:

  • Flexible in hours
  • Energetic individual capable of coping with changing work loads
  • Extremely organized and very proficient with a high level of multi-tasking

Salary based on experience.
