This is a PART-TIME position (15-20 hours weekly) at the #1 Fitness Studio in Red Deer! The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Associate/ Member Service position is membership and retail sales and Customer Service. Shifts will be a combination of days, evenings and weekends. The best fit for this position is someone with sales/service experience with a friendly and fun personality and open availability to support our studio.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, verbal and written communication, Customer Service and computer skills are necessary.

Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve fitness memberships and retail sales.

Ability to easily learn and use the studio software system.

Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.

Must have proficient computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide an exceptional level of Customer Service.
• Execute sales process and maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider and confidently present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Develop a solid understanding of: Pilates and the many benefits it provides, membership package options and Private Training options.
• Become proficient at utilizing studio software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club Pilates Red Deer Studio, including equipment, washrooms and floor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
