We are excited to expand our walk-in hours and are looking for a Front End Assistant to help us offer excellent customer service. You would join our walk-in clinic team with hours being Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm and a start date of February 1, 2024.
We are looking for a motivated outgoing individual who loves a challenge. You must be able to work in a busy environment, while maintaining a pleasant outlook. We are looking for someone that is caring and compassionate, has good communication skills and is willing to go above and beyond. Experience with Accuro is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual. You must have adequate typing skills and be able to speak and write English fluently.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: registering patients for the walk-in clinic and assisting the front desk and physicians as required
