Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the Front End of the store
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area, including checkout lanes and surrounding areas
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the Front End
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operations at the Front End
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
