Front End/Prep Staff

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area, including tables, counters, and condiment stations.
• Monitor food supplies and restock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service to customers.
