Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area, including tables, counters, and condiment stations.
- Monitor food supplies and restock as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service to customers.
